AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY

All Australian shipments will be dispatched within 48 hours of placing your order. Standard shipping within Australia will be free sent through Australia Post regular postYou may elect to have tracking with the shipping at AU$7.95 per order.

Most destinations in Australia will receive items within 3 working days, however, remote destinations can take up to 5-10 working days (including Western Australia). For next day deliveries please contact us via info@showlace.com.au to arrange. All shipments do not offer tracking numbers, unless you have chosen the tracking option at check out.

 

AUSTRALIAN ONLINE ORDERS - METHOD OF RETURN OR EXCHANGE

If you change your mind on any product(s) within 30 days of receiving the goods purchased via showlace.com.au it can be returned to us by emailing info@showlace.com.au. A full refund will be issued back to the original credit card used at purchase.

Products must be in the original condition and must be sent back within 30 days from receiving the goods, your proof of purchase/order information must also be included in the return. Failure to meet with these conditions could result in an exchange or refund being denied.

If your returned product exceeds the 30 days we will apply a store credit for any future orders.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All International orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of placing your order. Shipments made internationally will be charged at AU$15 per order and this will allow for tracking.

Most destinations worldwide will be delivered within 7 - 10 working days, however remote destinations can take up to 15 - 20 working days dependent on customs regulations within each country. 

Unfortunately showlace.com.au cannot guarantee these exact shipping windows. Each shipment is different and will vary from country to country. 

In some countries products may be undeliverable. If in the event this happens showlace.com.au will refund the value of the products to the customer.

Please note you will be asked to check your agreement to our Terms & Conditions when placing your overseas order, please understand that following showlace.com.au Refund & Exchange Policy you are agreeing to cover the cost of freight for exchanged products or returns.

 

INTERNATIONAL ONLINE ORDERS - METHOD OF REFUND OR EXCHANGE

If your returned product exceeds the 7 days we will apply a store credit for the value of the order less any shipping fees.

CUSTOMS DECLARATION & INTERNATIONAL DUTIES/TAXES

A customs declaration must accompany all international shipments. We are required to state the value of the goods to customs. This will be as per the order value (AUD). We are unable to mark any order as a 'gift' as we are a retail company, please do not request this.

Any International Taxes & Duties are payable by yourself (the Customer). Showlace.com.au will utilise the best methods to minimise costs of taxes/duties where possible to make your experience in purchasing our product online, as happy and easy as possible. Unfortunately showlace.com.au is unable to provide information relating to the cost of unexpected taxes or duties as these charges are beyond our control.

 

TRACK YOUR ORDER ONLINE (if eligible)

For Australia shipments you will be sent a tracking code for Australia Post.

For International shipments, a consignment note number will be dispatched via email for your reference.

You can track the progress of the shipment at any time, via shipping company’s website - tracking facilities.

 

LIABILITY OF SHOWLACE.COM.AU

Please check all your order details carefully before processing your order. Showlace.com.au will not take responsibility for any product lost or stolen that is addressed incorrectly, due to misinformation given on your order form.

 

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

When shopping at Showlace.com.au, all products sold are of the exact same standard and quality of those sold in stores. If for any reason, you believe the product is faulty/defective in any way (colour, texture), you may request an exchange of opened product, please contact our Customer Care Team via info@showlace.com.au.

If it is found the product is NOT faulty, the customer will be charged the shipping fees.

If it is found that the product IS faulty, the product will be replaced (the same size and value of the original product ordered) and shipping will be paid for by Showlace.com.au.
